Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard Build 10A222 Leaked
The latest build of 10.6 Snow Leopard's leaked on Demonoid, you can find some screenshots in the comments of the torrent. Both Server and Client builds are available.
Re: Mac OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard Build 10A222 Leaked
Hope someone will put it on the FTP servers, cause I don't have access to torrents on Demonoid.

I have an account. I can't download it right now, but I should be able to get around to downloading it today. I won't be able to verify whether it's real or not, since I'm not going to install it on my Mac. But, if anyone would still want me to, I wouldn't mind uploading to the server.

I would like to try it to see how much faster than Leopard is.

It's already on its way up onto the server. These files are huge, so they take a while to pack up and upload .

Have any of you installed it yet and if-so how stable was it? Is it worth a couple of hours of downloading and a dual-layer dvd?

I'm sure it is, Snow Leopard is all about performance instead of newer features.Chris1244 wrote:Have any of you installed it yet and if-so how stable was it? Is it worth a couple of hours of downloading and a dual-layer dvd?

Is there anyway to remove some files from the install dvd to make it fit on a single-layer?
I tried before, using the steps for Leopard, but it wouldn't boot after install.

Absolutely not -> the current builds of Snow Leopard are basically unusable due to bugginess. Everything crashes it.Thlump wrote:I'm sure it is, Snow Leopard is all about performance instead of newer features.Chris1244 wrote:Have any of you installed it yet and if-so how stable was it? You really do *not* want to run this unless you're a developer.
(Also, for kicks, try holding '6' and '4' at boot to boot the 64bit version, only on 2008 Macs however. Aren't even graphics drivers yet)

It would make my 50-disc set of DVD-R pointless. :/leonbollerup wrote:why not just buy a dual-layer RW ? ;) .. they arent that expensive...
