AFAIK, Windows XP MUI was not publicly available. It was 6 CD's big and distributed on some torrent sites... it worked only on XP Pro though

Hey.
I want to slipstream those MUI into the Vista Ultimate Installation media i got...
But vLite supports only .cab files...
so how do I change their extension from .exe to .cab?
